He Loves Us!

This is a video of Catherine Mullins at the Lakeland Outpouring with Todd Bentley. This song was written by John Mark McMillan. It is a really awesome story in how the song was written. John Mark's best friend was a youth pastor and was at early morning prayer meeting. He prayed that if it would effect the youth of this nation for Christ that he would give his life. That night he died in a car accident. The next morning John Mark wrote this song about seeing for God for the first time in heaven. He said that every time he plays it people get saved and are overwhelmed by how much God loves them.

I have been praying that God would let me feel His awesome love. I knew He loved me in my head, but I never felt His amazing love. Last week I felt it for the first time. He truly does love me and loves each us so passionately. I hope you are blessed by His Love.

Here is John Mark McMillan sharing the story. He is so choked up about it he can barely sing.

Time for High School Senior Sessions Again

Amy and I had the pleasure of doing Victoria's senior portraits this past Friday. (Don't forget we have a senior booking special of $50 off your session fee until August 1st.) Victoria was our intern last summer. We had a blast. I got to do all her hair and make-up and Amy did the shooting. We found a new warehouse location that has great texture and personality.

I wish I could have my whole studio in a location like this. It is just my style. I am the type that just loves to go to Anthropologie to look at how they have merchandized everything. I could be lost in there for hours just ask my husband! I think it is neat how what we are drawn to is part of how God made us unique. My friend Tana just loves to go Fresh Market. It makes her heart sing. I like to go to Fresh Market to, but there is only so long I can look at spices!

So maybe one day Tana will have her cooking show and I will have my warehouse studio, but until then enjoy these images. As it gave us great pleasure to make them!

Rainy days . . .super chick!

We had an amazing adventure at Bridge Street I just had to share it with you. These shots were in front of the Anthropologie wall. It was drizzling to nice soaking shower during the whole shoot. We all got soaked but Miss Brinlee loved it, so we stayed and played. Her Mom and Dad were real troopers braving the weather, they will definitely have an original one-of-kind session. This session made my heart sing!

Girls Night Out . . . You don't want to miss it!

So, how long has it been that you had a girls night out? We decided we host such an excuse for you to go out and have some fun. We are hosting a Matilda Jane Trunk Show and Open House at our Studio. These clothes are just YUMMY! You are going to love them. This is a perfect opportunity for you to check out our studio and do some shopping. We are having it next Thursday Night, May 8, 2008.

What's a girls night out with out some gifts? So, I got together my favorite local vendors and they are putting a nice little goodie in our gift bag to the first 50 people through the door. Not only will there be a goodie, but in some random Lucky Bags their will be free gift certificates. Because we are expecting such a crowd we will unlock the studio doors at 6:00 pm sharp!

We also will be giving free gifts from ME to those who decide to purchase an outfit from Matilda Jane. So, it should be a lot of fun. Check out Matilda Jane's site at: www.matildajaneclothing.com

You can see more of her clothes and more details in a slideshow Ben (my hubby) and I made together.
